The Hex tray

A hexagon filled with 72 trapezoid tiles that can be laid out in many different ways.

  • 72 trapezoid tiles fill an 8-inch hexagon.
  • The tiles can be laid out in about 22 quintillion different ways. Patterns here use 20 of our favorite layouts.
  • Six colors in the box: white, black, blue, red, yellow and olive green.
  • The bonus pack adds seven more: gray, light blue, navy, orange, brown, pink and mint, with 150 extra designs.
  • Four tiles make a double-size trapezoid and nine make a triple-size one, which several layouts use.
